Advocate profiles are based on information provided by advocates, and Lawzenta does not guarantee accuracy or authenticity. Users must independently verify credentials.
Lawzenta relies on information provided by advocates and does not independently verify such information on a continuous basis. Users are advised to independently verify credentials, qualifications, and experience before engagement.
Lawzenta may display advocate names, photograph, profiles, and related information on the platform for listing and operational purposes. Such display does not create any right to compensation, royalty, partnership, or commercial claim against Lawzenta.
Display or visibility of any advocate may be influenced by platform parameters, user inputs, or technical factors and does not indicate ranking, preference, or recommendation.
Listing of advocates does not constitute recommendation, ranking, or endorsement.
Lawzenta does not guarantee:
For the purposes of the platform, a "lead" or "enquiry" may include a user request, contact attempt, or interest shown through the platform. Lawzenta does not guarantee that such leads are verified, exclusive, genuine, or capable of conversion into paying clients, and does not guarantee the genuineness, seriousness, or intent of any client enquiry.
Lawzenta does not fix or regulate advocate fees and does not participate in financial transactions between users and advocates. All financial dealings are independent.
Lawzenta does not determine, regulate, or influence fees charged by advocates, and all financial arrangements are solely between the advocate and the client. Lawzenta does not collect, hold, process, or guarantee any payment unless expressly stated through a separate written agreement.
All interactions between users and advocates are independent. Lawzenta is not responsible for advice rendered, disputes, non-payment, or misconduct.
All interactions, negotiations, and transactions occur at the sole risk and discretion of the user and advocate.
Lawzenta may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, restrict, de-list, or remove any user or advocate profile at any time upon complaint, dispute, legal notice, regulatory concern, or perceived risk, without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons.
Such action may be temporary or permanent. Lawzenta shall not be liable for any loss arising from such action.

Lawzenta does not verify the identity, intent, or credibility of users or advocates and shall not be responsible for any fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation by any party. Lawzenta does not undertake background verification or validation of professional credentials beyond information provided.
Lawzenta does not conduct background verification of users or advocates unless explicitly stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawzenta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, or commercial loss or damage, including:
Users and advocates agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lawzenta, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
The User (including any individual, entity, or client seeking legal services through the platform) further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lawzenta from any claims arising out of:
The User expressly acknowledges that Lawzenta is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of legal services, and that all legal services are rendered independently by advocates.
The User agrees that no claim shall lie against Lawzenta in respect of any loss arising from engagement with any advocate and waives any right to initiate proceedings against Lawzenta in this regard.
This indemnity shall survive termination, suspension, expiry, or discontinuation of use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or trust-based relationship between Lawzenta and any user or advocate.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Lawzenta may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
No oral statements, marketing representations, or informal communications shall be binding on Lawzenta unless expressly recorded in writing in official policies.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Users and advocates agree that any dispute shall be brought in individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
Lawzenta shall have the right to seek interim or injunctive relief before courts at Mumbai.
Lawzenta shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English language by a sole arbitrator, who shall be based in Mumbai, mutually appointed by the parties, failing which the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
Lawzenta does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for downtime or technical interruptions.
