No. Response time depends on the nature of the query, advocate availability, platform operations, and other circumstances. While efforts may be made to facilitate prompt responses, Lawzenta does not guarantee that every request or enquiry will receive a response from the advocate.

No. Lawzenta does not guarantee the quality, suitability, competence, legality, effectiveness, or outcome of any consultation, advice, drafting, appearance, representation, or service rendered by any advocate. All legal matters depend on facts, documents, applicable law, evidence, procedure, and judicial or administrative discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawzenta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, commercial, or other loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or loss arising out of or in connection with use of the platform, reliance on any content, profile, or response, or any interaction, engagement, or dispute between a user and an advocate. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. Any reliance on verbal or informal communication shall be at the sole risk of the user or advocate including any reliance on informal, preliminary, or incomplete information.

No. The platform, all content, and all related features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Lawzenta does not warrant that the platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, free from defects, or free from technical errors.

Yes. If Lawzenta receives any complaint, allegation, dispute, grievance, legal notice, regulatory communication, or other concern relating to an advocate or the advocate's conduct, profile, communication, or services, Lawzenta reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion and without admitting liability, to temporarily suspend, restrict, disable, de-list, or remove such profile, with or without prior notice, until such issue is clarified, resolved, or otherwise reviewed to Lawzenta's satisfaction. Lawzenta shall not be liable to the advocate for any loss of revenue, visibility, business opportunity, reputation, or claim arising out of such suspension or removal, and shall not be liable to any user or third party for continuing or discontinuing such listing.

Lawzenta reserves the right to take interim or permanent platform action wherever it considers such action necessary for legal compliance, risk control, user protection, ethical concerns, dispute management, technical reasons, or platform integrity. Any decision regarding continuation, suspension, restoration, restriction, or removal of a profile shall remain at the sole discretion of Lawzenta, subject to applicable law.

Users should not rely exclusively on online platform responses for urgent, emergency, time-bound, or limitation-sensitive legal matters. If your matter involves an imminent deadline, arrest, stay, injunction, filing period, notice period, or any urgent legal consequence, you should immediately seek direct advice from a qualified advocate without waiting for a platform response.

You should avoid uploading or sharing original identity records, confidential contracts, private correspondence, passwords, banking credentials, OTPs, medical records, privileged communications, sealed court material, internal business secrets, case strategy notes, or any other sensitive material unless strictly necessary and only after satisfying yourself as to the mode and recipient of such sharing.

No. Any dissatisfaction, grievance, or dispute relating to advice, fees, communication, conduct, delay, strategy, representation, or service quality of an advocate is primarily a matter between the user and the concerned advocate, except to the limited extent that Lawzenta may, at its discretion, review a complaint for platform action such as temporary restriction or suspension of profile access. Lawzenta's role is limited to platform-level review for compliance purposes only.

Lawzenta may collect and process certain personal, technical, and usage information for platform operation, communication, enquiry handling, support, security, analytics, and compliance purposes. Such collection and use are governed by the Lawzenta Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
